1). Windows XP or later desktop with java JRE 1.5.0 or later installed.
2). Trust the Java Applet from the website when prompts.
3). Open the port 3389 for terminal services, unless you have TS gateway.
4). Support IE 6 or later, Firefox 2.0 or later, and Chrome browsers.
